BODY PUMP
Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODY PUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the workout feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more. BODY PUMP uses dumbbells, weight plates and step/bench
BODY COMBAT
Step into a BODY COMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 740 calories* along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master. Instructors will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.
BODY FLOW
Ideal for anyone and everyone, BODY FLOW is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODY FLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered.
GRITT
GRITT is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout comes in 3 varieties; cardio, strength and plyo. GRIT takes cutting edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast. GRIT uses dumbbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

5 THINGS THAT HAPPEN WHEN YOU START PILATES
A Pilates Reformer Student shared The Wonders of Pilates with us....Here's Her Story
I'm Kelly, I'm 58. After turning 50, those little niggles and twinges in my back, my legs and all those years standing up, sitting down and drinking wine resulted in a slipped disc. I decided to get a grip on my body, my outlook on life and do something. That something has been Pilates and I'm hooked. So here's 5 things that have happened to me since I started attending Pilates sessions.
I can touch my toes! Ive been crippled by back pain all of my life and I'd given up on being flexible, and yet, in a few short weeks, I have kissed back pain goodbye and I can touch my toes for the first time in years.
2. I have confidence. I mean it. Pilates is not just about stretching and bending and getting to grips with the equipment, it's also about mindfulness and going to that place where you can focus on yourself and think about exactly how you want to improve.
3. I eat better. Largely due to my sessions being in the evening. I'm a bit more careful about what I eat. Of course I dream about a big fat burger but let's be honest, what good would that do, really??
4. Its a gateway to a better understanding The tightness of my hamstrings from years of walking, standing and dancing meant that I needed some extra help; my Pilates teacher suggested I get one of those stretch exercise bands to fill in the gaps between sessions.
This has led to the understanding that I thought I always had about my body completely changing. It's not about diet and exercise or taking pills or supplements, it's about understanding how you got to this place and how you can improve.
5. I dropped a whopping TWO dress sizes in TWO months! Im dying to show you the photo of when I went out last week and wore a short form fitting top like it was nothing. I would never have done that before, ever!
And people are noticing the change, where once I would have dragged myself around and dressed "to my size" and now I can wear a short top over my skinny jeans at the age of 58
I haven't lost any weight you know, I need to make that bit clear. No, Instead, my posture has changed my ribs are lifted and so is my bum, my abs are supporting my frame and I now fit in a size 14.
So what if I'm not a super model? I'm happy in my skin because I needed to change. I'm gonna live forever and you should want to as well.
