Hey there, Phew! We made it through January. Even as the tumult, stress, and controversy of 2020 seems to have spilled over into 2021, we spent a good deal of time practicing deliberate mindfulness and gratitude. Here's the thing: When you look for good in people, places, and even in the mundane tasks of the day, you'll find it. Sometimes you'll see it with your eyes, and other times you see it with your spirit. But if you're looking, I promise you, it is there and waiting to be discovered and appreciated. In the midst of trying times, it can be hardest to remember to seek out the good. To seek out the small things for which we can be grateful. To look for those tiny snippets of joy in the middle of the storm. So here's your reminder, friends. As we move into February, how can you deliberately focus on the love that surrounds you? How can you go out of your way to be the light that someone else desperately needs to see? I'll be right there with you, seeking the joy and finding ways to share it.
