We are excited to announce that we are reopening the Vault (inside Extreme Fitness) for private sessions and Group Classes will begin August 3, 2020 in a New Space. Spot On Fitness & Self Defense located at 506A Washington in Livingston has a large space that Eva Maire has generously offered for our Yoga classes.
SPOT ON FITNESS & SELF DEFENSE

The space can accommodate 24 students but to be certain we maintain social distance we are accepting no more than 15 students per class. We have props, however we require that you bring your own yoga mat and prefer you bring your own block(s) and a belt or strap.

Masks are recommended but not required. We do, however, request that you maintain your social distance at all times. The teacher will not be wearing a mask so that she can articulate cues in a clear manner since hands on adjustments are not possible at this time. The teacher will be teaching from a platform which is easily 6 ft. from the students.

Classes will begin August 3, 2020 and we would appreciate it is you pre-register to reserve your spot:
Mondays and Wednesdays @ 10AM - Gentle Yoga Flow Teacher Linda Stevens
Description: A 60 minute gentle class focusing on flowing from pose to pose and
linking the movement with the breath. The instructor will offer a variety of
modifications to encourage participation of everyone. We do seated, standing
and inverted postures and suggest challenging variations for more advanced
students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students. All levels

Thursdays @ 6:45 PM - Yin/Restorative Yoga

Description: A 60 minutes class where you enjoy the feelings of rejuvenation and
steadiness that arises from a Yin Yoga practice as you slow down, move from
noise to silence, from agitation to calm, from complexity to simplicity. This
practice integrates the ancient yoga teachings with Meridian Theory as taught in
Chinese Medicine. Engage the body's natural healing power as you actively
nourish and harmonize the body's vital life force or chi. As the whole body rests
and opens with long held poses, the natural healing power of chi is used to
rejuvenate and repair the area of focus. ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
Tuesdays & Thursdays @ 2:30 PM and 3:30 PM - Chair Yoga
Teacher Susanne Sharrard
Description: A 30 minute class. Chair Yoga is an adapted form of yoga
that makes yoga accessible to everyone. The chair replaces the Yoga mat and
becomes an extension of the body allowing the client to take full-
advantage of the benefits of yoga. Chair Yoga allows the client to modify
their yoga practice based on mobility, health and current ability level.
Chair Yoga offers a practice that includes seated poses on the chair and
standing poses using the chair for balance and support. Suitable for
seniors, those working with injuries, inflexibility, movement disorders, balance
problems, Parkinson's, MS, and all others looking for extra support in a yoga
class. These classes begin August 10th, 2020.
